Need Help, Laptop VERY Slow

I am highly frustrated and really need help.

Purchased a new Toshiba Satellite a year ago and everything runs incredibly slow, particularly when surfing the net. Every web browser causes the CPU to overclock and the fan constantly runs YouTube videos constantly freeze.

I've scanned for malware and viruses.

Here are my specs:
Satellite L50-DB
AMD A8 6410
AMD Radeon R5 Graphics
12 GB RAM
64 Bit Operating System
500 GB Hard Drive
Windows 10

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can try several things:
- Try to boot into safe mode and see whether the issue persists.
- Measure your system's temps.
- Test your RAM.

- Perform a stress test.
