Need Help Loading A Work From Home Program

I work from home for a company that provides tech support to customers. My IT department says motherboard replacement. We use a program called SPRTPhone to talk to customers. My program gives a fatal error and generates a dmp file which I put through a free analyzer:

Attempted following:

Clean install of windows 8.1 and windows 7. Removing RAM sticks. Removing video card. Removing all attached devices, keyboard mouse headsets, etc.

And then - your company will get paid from that customer to have his problem solved, so your company should know how to deal with such problems.
