Need help to power a preamp home receiver to my car

It needs 110/220V. A qualified technician might be able to adapt it to 12V, but I'd rather look for https/www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Delectronics&field-keywords=car+pre-amp
