Need help unlocking T-Mobile Galaxy S7 edge (device unlock)

I was on a family plan and my parents decided not to pay their bills and it was too late by the time I found out. I asked if I could take my phone off the account and continue on a different account and they refused saying until the bill was paid I couldnt use the phone. I'm pretty sure I'm blacklisted and can't use the device unlock to change over to metro pcs. Can anyone help me out ?
