Need help with core unlocking

Hello guys! I have an ASUS M4N68T-M LE V2 Mobo with an Athlon II X2 250. Does my CPU have extra cores to be unlocked? If it has, how could I unlock those extra cores? Will it be safe to unlock those cores? And how big is the risk that my system will fail?

Your Athlon II X2 250 Regor CPU is a true dual core CPU and there are no extra cores to unlock.
