Solved! Need help with login- how to bypass google authentication code

I do not remember setting up the authentication code but when I reset my phone and tried to log back in to facebook all of a sudden I can’t. On top of that it is not sending me sms verification texts anymore like someone went on there and removed my number. Now I’ve tried to verify my identity with my drivers license and they are saying that they cannot determine that it is me and I’ve written several emails on top of that and have not gotten any help. Does anyone know what I should do because I feel like Facebook support just isn’t doing a good enough job.

Unfortunately, Facebook is the only entity that can assist you with this issue. Tom's Guide has strict rules about passwords, lock codes, etc...
