need help with my beats

My beats headphone is playing only on one side if I put the cord the opposite way in which it was the other side will play while the other side don't if I play with the end of the cord both side start to play but have to hold the cord in that position.. Any solution?

sounds like you have either a broken wire or connector to me. since both sides work on the headphones, it appears that just the wire/connector is broken on the one side of the feed cable (you verified by wiggling it) so i'd say you just need a new cable.

this is pretty common on beats.

Yes I guess I need to do that because when I put my SD card in it they play perfectly or if I turn on the radio.I also had an extra wire that I tried but I could hardly hear anything and when I started to play with the ends too it started to work.
