Need Help with Sd card.

I recently bought a 64gb SD card for my Samsung J320v to move my videos to an sd card.
I'm able to have the videos on the SD card but they still are on the internal drive and are taking up space on the SD card and Internal. When I try to delete the one in internal it deletes both of them.

Take the SD card out of your phone. Put it in a PC to confirm your vides are there.
Delete videos from the phone
Plug the card back into the phone.
