Need help with usb tethering

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S6, and have been trying to find where the option to tether it is, I've looked it up multiple times and it should be under "settings" then "Mobile hotspot / usb tethering" but on my phone that option isn't there and instead is replaced with "Mobile Networks" can anyone help?

Tethering is not always available. In many cases, particularly in the US, carriers disable this option on their phones and require you to pay an additional fee to add that option to your plan.
