need live support

i have a sylvania netbook synet07526 with windows ce i cant get it to connect to the internet or reset back to factory i have tried eveything i know to do for it so far nothing has worked yet plus i just got it yesterday need help fixing it or a phone number for the sylvanianetbook live support where i can talk to a live person.but so far all i get is a run around or places wanting a creditcard number just to answer a queston without fixing the problem

i done like it said to do in the quick set up paper than came with it i stuck a paper clip in the rest hole to trip the reset many time with pc off then with it on and it didnt do anything

To reset it back to factory, so you will loose ALL of your data saved and all of your programs. It will be like just out of the box again:
Click start
go to control panel
backup and restore
recover system settings on your computer
advanced recovery methods
reinstall windows (requires disk)
