Need new version of svctag exe

Would someone please email me a new version of svctag.exe?

I have an older version that doesen't work on newer dells.

Why not just download the app from Dell's website? Search for downloads specific to your laptop model.

Also, I think the driver CD that came with your Dell also has a copy of svctag.exe.
