Need purchase code for highq learning tablet

Me and my wife bought my daughter IQ learning tablet for Christmas the receipt got thrown away in the bag we did not realize that you needed the code off of it to open the tablet where can we get the code Walmart will not help us without proof of purchase and that is where we bought it

Unless you paid in cash, you should be able to provide the proof they need and they can print off a copy of the receipt. If it wasn't a card purchase there's not much you can do.
