Need solution for my cursor not moving on screen problem

Cursor not moving when laptop windows loads but keypad works toshibac655ds5332 what to do is there any problem with windows7(OS)..soution please..

Did you try using a mouse? Need some details, everything loads and keyboard is OK but just the cursor does not move?

Is your touchpad disabled? Some keyboards have hotkeys to toggle the touchpad on and off.

I got solved by selecting following steps 😱pen windows and search mouse>enter>go to ELAN which is beside hardware >enable the smart pad then apply ...and ny mouse moves..
But: i got one problem that mouse moves but does not select anything on scree need solution for that????
