Need solution of Password forgotten

I have simple pattern in SAMSUNG Galaxy Cooper (S5830). Children drawn mis-pattern more than 5 times then the mobile is locked. I try to unlock from google account and password. But it is unsuccess. May be I forgot password.
How I solve this problem ?

Talk to Samsung or your carrier. The device pass word is not your google password. We cannot and will not help you crack security on any device
