Hi, could really use some help with the following:
I'm moving back to the USA next month and have decided to bring a 55" Samsung UA55F6400AJ with me. The sales rep in Hong Kong said that the TV will not work in the USA because it only has PAL on it.
After doing some research, I've come to the conclusion that I can probably use it.
My question is, how do cable boxes work in the US? Companies like Comcast I've read are digital. Can i just plug it into my TV? Is NTSC only used to pick up OTA channels, or will this affect my cable channels as well? I'd be completely fine with using the TV to only pick up cable channels etc...
Thank you very much.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
