need to download gateway ne71b windows 8 operating system disk

I dont have the disk my laptop came with. It got lost and someone used my laptop and now all it does is stay in a attempting to repair loop. I brought it to Best buy and they told me I needed to download the operating system disk. Pls help
My laptop is gateway windows 8 NE71B
