Need to know how to activate windows hello in windows 10

Hi, recently i assemble the pc at my home and install windows 10 os in my desktop and now i want to k ow that how can i use windows hello in windows 10 cuz currently there is showing windows hello is not activated in this device so i am going to buy fingerprint usb lock but currently i m having logitech c270 hd camera but for that there is no option of face recognization so is there any other camera i hav to buy for face recognization and i have to buy fingerprint usb lock to activate usb finger print lock in windows 10. What to do please guide me accordingly. Thanks

as far as what i know windows hello face recognition will only works with specific camera like intel realsense camera
