When I try to load Windows 7 Pro loads files and goes to start Windows and reboots

If it will not install and will just reboot repeatedly you may need to try to install Windows 7 from a different PC. Remove the HDD off your laptop then install it to a different PC and install Windows 7 and if does the same thing using a different PC that means it's the HDD that is faulty.

Installing Windows on another system then moving it to the laptop in the post above ^ is not good, most of the time it will crash immediately. You should always install Windows on the system you will be using it with, with some exceptions if the two systems are almost identical.

The laptop came with Windows 7 already, how and why are you installing it again?
