Need to reset laptop that won't turn on, (Acer), how can I do that if I can't get the back off laptop to get to internal batte

Acer R14, how do i reset a laptop, that shows no sign of power, has black screen. I don't know how to get to internal battery, the back won't come off when I loosen screws...help!!

Acer R14 Model laptop, dead...no screen , no power. I tried taking back off, but screws seem stripped, I know that it has an internal battery, but can't get to it. Is there else I can do?
