If you have physical access to YOUR router consult the documentation for how to do a factory reset.

if you don't I'd have to assume its not yours and we can't help you.

If you're using routerlogin.net, I assume it's a NETGEAR Router, so all you have to do is reset the router then use the default password to login.

Username: admin
Password: password

Yours may be different, so look on the bottom of the router to make sure.
