Hi.

I got some intermittent and inconsistent errors on my PC and Android phone.

On the PC, when starting Chrome, I got this CIS alert:

https://help.comodo.com/topic-435-1-841-10769-Understanding-Alerts.html

After clicking "Protect me and block the website access", Chrome gives this error:

your connection is not private net::err_cert_authority_invalid

I get these errors on seemingly random sites, but sometimes the sites display correctly.

So I tried the site on my phone (using my PC's wifi), and Chrome currently gives the above error on bookstore.davidccook.com ( your connection is not private net::err_cert_authority_invalid )

Can you fix it?

If you got this error in your computer only, then probably your antivirus has blocked SSL connections, or maybe something goes wrong with your Google Chrome.

In this case, I would recommend turning off SSL scanning feature or something similar. Also, clean up Google Chrome would be helped.

But if you got this type of error in both your computer and Android smartphone while using the same network, then I doubt that your modem or wireless router has blocked those connections.

Here are a few ways you can use to bypass this error, or solve it.
