Netbook hardware upgrades

I recently got given an ASUS Eee 1001PXD Netbook and I am looking for advice on upgrades to it. I have seen the ram and the SSD posts so we don't have to go over that ground except I would like to know the best 2GB SODIMM that was allowed.. I'm interested in the cpu or at least overclocking it. It is an Intel Atom N455 processor. I also was thinking about the graphics card which now is an Intel GMA3150. I also was thinking about whether another mobo/cpu from a faster netbook could be swapped in for the one presently installed since the cpu is soldered onto the board. Any and all replies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Other than an SSD, there is no modifying that thing. No OC, no changing the CPU, GPU, or motherboard.
Any different motherboard simply won't fit.
