Error UI-800-3 on PlayStation 4 isn’t a confusing affair as
long as you have a way to clear the bad information stored on the device. There
are multiple ways to do this, with the two most common ways described below. Either
one will get Netflix working correctly in a short amount of time.

Restart The Playstation 4

When information from an application gets stuck in limbo on
a PS4, restarting the system can get the gears moving again. This will clear up
problems with multiple applications that have been getting errors from their
bad data. For internet related apps like Netflix, this is a key problem solver.

1. Unplug the system from the power outlet.

Sign Out Of The Netflix App

If restarting the system is too much of a hassle, try
signing out of the Netflix app. This is a solid way to clear out bad data and
force the app to communicate with the servers to download fresh data. It is quicker
than the restart method and has a high chance of working.

1. On the Netflix home screen press the circle button on the
controller.
