Netflix loading in both app and on browsers causing computer to lag

When loading the start of show, the whole computer stutters to the point of not being able to do anything.

Resource manager open when netflix is loading, nothing goes over 30%

Before loading the the start of a show, open the Resource Monitor and watch what is going on for a few minuties. Then start the show to see if you can identify what is using up computer resources: e.g, CPU, Memory, network, etc..

Knowing the cause, so to speak, will help determine a possible solution.
