Netflix not Compatible?

Hi all

I'm trying to get Netflix to work on my UE32H6400 Smart TV but i go to download Netflix and i get a Message Saying "This Function Is Not Supported" but my Sister, who has the exact same Smart TV was able download Netflix? is there a TV limit or something?

See if the TV has a firmware update, run it, and try it again.

Just looked and the Tv is upto date and i tried again but still not letting me download NetFlix.
