Netork monitor

Hello everyone, I am looking for a network monitoring application, here is what I need, my company has about 30 computers that access the internet, and we never know what anyone is looking at or downloading, we need an easy to use application that we can install on one computer and be able to track all computers by the IP address, and see what sites are being visited.

Have you tried using Untangle? Two geeky network admin friends swear by it. They say it works well even if you don't get those subscription add-ons.
