Ive tried opening up the laptop, but its so hard ti pry the lid open. I could pull really hard but afraid that ill snap the keyboard. Sometimes ill get lucky and boot all the way to desktop. But then all of a sudden,it shuts off. No warning. Justs sudden death. I think its one of those battery problems where you remove the battery and press the power button and insert it back. But its just an internal battery. The battery is 3 green cylinders, i got a glimpse when prying the cover open. Please help, its a new laptop. I think Ive been charging while playing games a lot. I really dont want to cash out at the IT store. Its a Asus with i3 and 8Gbs RAM. Its model is X133U i think.
