Hi I need help,
I recently bought a brandnew battery for my Acer Aspire 5750G-2414g75mknkk.and now the charge meter is stuck at 68%.
I really hope you can help me.
Info:
the new battery is not original, but a 6600mAh extended capacity battery.
The charge meter shows: plugged in, charging when power is connected.
the laptop works for a long time when disconnected, but suddenly shutsdown, chargelevel not changing.
I have already tried to reinstall Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery

battery 8FFPANASONIC Li_Ion_4000mA < info from powercfg -energy
Design capacitet 71280 mWh < info from powercfg -energy
last full charge 71572 mWh < info from powercfg -energy
voltage 12.530mV < info from batteryinfoview
just some curious info,
12.530mV*4000mA gives = 50120mWh, which is 70% of the designed capacity, can this give a conflict somewhere?
