I would like to ask the entire community of Toms hardware if you can build me a $100.00 PC mainly for streaming (XBMC). Few restriction is:
1. has to be Intel
2. GPU is not integrated with the CPU.

You can pick up a refurbished business-class system for about that, but it won't have discrete graphics. You'll need to spend another $30 to add something like a HD5450 to it.

Assuming that's not a troll, the only advice I can give you on those restrictions is to buy a used PC from craigslist or a super-cheap refurbished.

Here you go, it does not have a case and motherboard though. You should be able to find a second hand LGA775 mobo. Also 2GB Of RAM isn't really much, you could buy another 2GB for 20 dollars more

^You're also missing a PSU. The Logisys PSU-shaped object is not fit for purpose even in a system like this, considering that it may self-destruct if someone starts the dishwasher, or lightning goes off a couple miles away.

Have you considered an Amazon Fire TV? From what i hear you can get xbmc and plex running easily. At $99 it might be your best option.

I buddy of mine is thinking to get a new PC for his business and donate his old one. I'll see if i can get it from him. I have the first generation of Roku.. and my plan is to pair with the media center... once again, appreciate all of you for all your feedback.

Closest I can get in good conscience. GPU is integrated, but will easily stream at 1080p and you can add a disctrete card later.
