Question New gaming laptop frozen in games

Hey, I bought a new ASUS gaming laptop tuf fx504.
When I'm playing at games like : Ring Of Elysium, CS GO after a while he just got frozen.
I talked to ASUS and they took the computer and just did a BIOS update..
I don't know what to do... please help.

CPU : i7
GPU : GTX 1060
RAM : 16GB
Memory : 128SSD + 1TB

already did this, they say that the hardware is fine and after they did the updates they don't see any problem

But they said that they did all the stress test and the computer is fine.. I'm so disappointed it cost me a lot of money and I cant even play...

Oh and I forgot to say, everytime he get frozen, the airplane mode light turning on.. do you know what can be the problem ?

Is windows legit, up to date and activated?
Drivers are all installed from the ASUS and not from the nvidia homepage?

Do the tests nevertheless, maybe you can log something that you can show ASUS, what´s wrong.

yes for all of the questions, just the GPU driver from nvidia

use ddu uninstaller to remove all graphics drivers and install the nvidia driver from here:
