Question New headset doesnt have the right wire.

My new headset didn't come with a normal audio jack, and i found another one but it only plays from one side, is it because the audio jack inst the right kind of jack?

Without knowing what headset you have and what adapter you need it's not easy to say what you should get. If you have a 4 pole single connector headset you would need a 4 pole to dual 3 pole adapter cable.
