It's kind of a mix bag you got there. The Dell laptops have 13" screens and relies on integrated graphics since playing games is not their primary purpose. Then you have the Asus ROG laptop which is a gaming laptop. If games is a high priority then the Asus ROG is the obvious choice. If you are just looking for a relatively small laptop that is easy and light to carry around, then one of the Dell laptops would do fine.

The choice between the Dell XPS 13 and the Dell Inpiron 13 depends on what is important to you. The XPS 13 is the smaller and lighter of the two. The Inspiron 13 is similar to the Lenovo Yoga laptop design. If you want a Yoga-like laptop, then the Inspiron 13 is the one to go with. Due to the very thin bezel around the...

The Inspiron 13 is similar to the Lenovo Yoga laptop design. If you want a Yoga-like laptop, then the Inspiron 13 is the one to go with. Due to the very thin bezel around the XPS 13's screen that 13" laptop is basically the size of an 11" laptop; whether you choose the touchscreen or non-touchscreen depends on you. I am not a big fan of touchscreens so I don't care if there is a touchscreen or not.

An alternative is the 13.3" Asus Zenbook ux303LN which has an dedicated nVidia 840m. However, it is rather expensive at $1,250 because there are simply not very many thin and light 13" laptops that has dedicated graphics due to the fact that the laptop will have to cool both the CPU and the GPU. This laptop offers the best of both worlds; it is 3.2lbs and the nVidia 840m is more powerful than the Intel HD 5500 graphics core, but it's not even close to the GTX 960m and it is more expensive than the Asus ROG.
