my current laptop config amd a10 4600
8gb ram 1tb hdd and 7660+7670m 2gb ( crossfire)
is there any new laptop in market better than my current one
in terms of gaming
around 40k

Solution

Intel CPUs process more instructions per HERTz than AMD can, thus at the same clockspeed Intel CPUs are more powerful. And, the Turbo Boost is a great performance enhancer. SO, i5 4200U is better than A10 5750M.
However, AMD APU is a quad-core, while i5 4200U is dual-core. So, in some games/apps which can use more than 2 cores, AMD seems to have a slight edge, but not much.

And, moreover, gaming performance is to a large extent GPU-dependent. 740M beats 8650G+8570 in it.

There are thousands of laptops you could get which are far better than that, but are you sure you mean $40,000!?!?!? If you're on a large budget you could make a great laptop on Origin PC, you can configure everything from gpu, cpu, storage, ram and most of the configurations on there will be fantastic for gaming

For $40,000 you can get not only a laptop with SSD + 1TB hdd, core i7, gtx 780m, 16gb RAM, but you can also get a good car. There's no laptop that costs $40,000. If you're sure it does exist, please paste the link.

Yes, the 740M will be a better GPU and yes you got it right i5 runs a lot cooler. This i5 is underclocked, so you can expect a better battery life also.

In summers, AMD laptops have stability issues if a laptop cooler isn't used, as you already know.

yes so should i go for this one
only confusion is
i5 is 1.6 with turbo boost 2.6
and mine is 2.3 without overclock
which vl giv greater performace
or which laptop is good

Turbo Boost = Automatic overclock. It overclocks the CPU depending of the cores activated, the type of system (laptop, PC...) and the temperatures. Bottleneck: A CPU decreases FPS. A GPU is able to run at high FPS however because of your CPU, you will not have all the FPS possible.

You don't have to worry that much, The laptop manufacturers would have already checked that before finalizing the specifications. i5 4200U and GT740M won't have any issues. There might be a slight GPU bottleneck on CPU-intensive games. But then, no configuration is perfectly balanced. One among the 2 (CPU or GPU) has to bottleneck. Go ahead.
