New laptop that's glitching and has scratchy audio at times.

I bought an HP envy 17t-k300 laptop a month ago and since the first day its been glitching when I watch youtube videos while installing programs and when I play games and the audio gets scratchy when I play games also. Why is this so?
My specs: i7 5500u @ 2.4ghz , gtx 850m @ 4gb, 16 gb ram, 1tb hdd @ 5400rpm.

Well you could check the drivers for both and see if they need updating. Computers often need quite a few updates when you first get them.

However, if that doesn't fix the problem, you should contact the place of purchase or the manufacturer about this issue. A brand new computer should not be giving you any problems.
