New laptop to leverage old i3 processor (motherboard), HDD, RAM etc.

I have a dell inspiron 14R, N4010 with a crashed hard disk & damaged screen. Instead of investing in fixing it i plan to buy a new basic laptop and upgrade its components like : Processor to i3, RAM etc. Which laptop model can be best suited for my requirement ?

You want to buy a 'new' laptop, and then upgrade the parts? Why not just buy the laptop you want in the first place?

You want to buy a 'new' laptop, and then upgrade the parts? Why not just buy the laptop you want in the first place?

I need to leverage my old stuff, mainly i3 processor, plan is to buy a basic laptop (may be with celeron processor) which shall cost less) and then upgrade that to i3.In this way i can save some money by utilizing my intel i-3.
