New laptop, warm below the keyboard. What's normal/acceptable?

I have a new Lenovo G70-70 and it gets warm under the keyboard on the right hand side, presumably where the CPU is. It isn't hot hot, but annoyingly warm. I use my laptop mainly for writing. Not so bad when actually typing, its the space between writing something when you rest your hand and wrist and then notice how warm it is.

I checked and it is only running 40-45C on the CPUs, so not overheating. But I wonder how normal this is? I don't want it to get worse. And I wonder whether or not I should put up with it, or send it back.

My old Samsung did not have this problem.

While 45 degrees Celsius is normal for a CPU in laptops it is about 113 degrees Fahrenheit. And in a small tiny space its bound to heat up the rest of the parts and area around it.
