Assuming that you are using a cable box then you can try unplugging it from AC for a 2 minutes. If that doesn't help call Comcast.
Thanks for the suggestion, however it didn't work. I can see the cable program info from the box if I use the center button or enter a channel number. I still can't see program info when I select the List button. It says Unable to find valid channel. No channels to display. The Device Connector button is highlighted. I've tried going through that function multiple times and no change. Even changed to another hdmi port.
The cable program information is generated in the cable box not in the TV. Call Comcast.
I can see the program info displaying from the cable box. I just don't see it when using the feed that's supposed to display through the TV itself. LG suggested a reset to factory settings and go through the process to link the cable box again. Looks like that will be my next step.
