New android R11 mobile with 64gb internal & 32gb SD card, but get "insufficient space" error message.

Well, the internal storage that is listed when advertised, doesn't include all the stuff that it comes with, including the OS. However with that much space, it should have room. Unless of course you have taken tons of pictures, videos, downloaded a lot of stuff, etc.

If it is brand new, then I would return it, it may just not be functioning correctly.
