New Samsung 7500 TV no WIFI replace or repair

I have a brand new Samsung 60" smart TV that will not connect to my WIFI. All protocols are set correctly for the TV. After going through Samsung support they say the TV has a bad WIFI card and I can return the TV to the vendor for replacement or have it fixed. I have a service ticket number.
The vendor is sending over a service tech tomorrow to look at it.
My question is should I let them start working on a BRAND NEW TV or ask for them to replace it?
