Solved! New speakers lower dialogue audio in game???

I have recently and for the first time bought a 5.1 audio speaker ( Logitech 607) for my computer. Mostly, everything seems fine, but when I play games (and tested this in several games) the dialogue audio just gets way too low while the rest of the audio seems loud. I adjust the dialogue audio to be higher from the game menu but it seems like it doesn't take effect. If I pause the game and play the same cutscene over on Youtube then the audio sounds correct. But when I go back to the game the dialogue is too quite. If I put my headphones on the audio is fine.



Would anyone know what's going on? I'm very confused. I have no idea what's going on.

You use the channel button on the remote as per the instructions to adjust the relative volume of each channel.

Hey I've just noticed that I can adjust the channels that you've mentioned. What exactly do they do? do I just mess with them until the audio sounds clear? Or is there a better way to approach this?

You are supposed to set each speaker to the same volume at your listening position.

If you still find the dialogue low then turn the center channel up until you are happy.
