How do you make send text messages so that your number does not appear
on the phone you are sending the message to? Thanks!!!

I tried that but it does not work? Any other suggestions?

Instead of sending it from your Sprint PCS handset to another, you could
send it from a computer at http/messaging.sprintpcs.com and leave the
"Callback number" field blank. On the receipient's handset, the message
says it's from "Unknown".

If it's to a non-Sprint handset, other providers have similar websites.

You could also use software like NotePager Pro
http/www.notepage.net/notepagerpro.htm to send the message.

The SMS system at Sprint PCS *will* send your phone number along with
the message. Period. It's in the system, not your phone.
