Nextbook Ares 11.6...sound too low

I purchased an Textbook 11.6 on May 18th. The sound was so low when on all the way that I cannot watch anything spoken. I returned the tablet and exchanged for another one.
Same problem with the second one.
I followed all instructions to no avail. I have to wear earbuds to hear what is going on.
Any ideas? please. is it a general problem with textbook Ares 11.6 or am I getting all the lemons ever producted.

Hi,

If you have replaced it with a new one but you got the same result that could mean that it's how they are really designed. The fact that it's design is very slim so they have to squeeze everything inside and use the smallest part they can find to fit inside it. I would suggest to just use an external speaker instead.

I just bought the Ares 11.6 and the sound is too low also. Thinking bout buying a wireless Bluetooth speaker. Guy at work plays music on one and it's tiny and sounds good so it should work great for videos
