Nextbook Ares 11 low fps all the time can't do anything

The tablet every time I get on a game or watch a video the fps drops to 2 like from 50 and takes about a minute for it just to go back to normal its horrible I can't do anything plz help

The reason could be the low ram or cpu as it is weak. My best suggestion is not to play games and not to have many programs running at once. Uninstall any bloatware - programs that you don't use.
