Nextbook Ares 11A

I bought a Nextbook Ares 11A couple months ago... I charged it.. have not used alot.. so its only been charged a couple of times... but now it won't charge... its at 17 % on the screen its shows that it is charging, but it's not.... tried unplugging replugging several times now over several days. what can I do?

If it is that new, and it won't charge, contact the manufacturer about a repair or replacement as a device that is new shouldn't give you any problems.
