Nextbook Flexx 11

I purchased my 1st tablet yesterday the Nextbook Flexx 11 and it didn't go through all the set up.. or I hit a button or something...anyway can't connect to my wifi but can do bluetooth hotspot on my phone also can't find my wireless printer...if I do factory reset will it allow me to "redo" setup and hopefully get it right??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

Well I lucked up and found a way to solve the problem. I did a system refresh and now I can easily connect to my WiFi and have installed my printer to the new tablet. Now let the games begin as I learn how to use it and all the places I can go on a tablet and not cumbersome laptop for short jaunts!!! Yipppeeeeeeee
