Nexus registration error

I am trying to register an account on Nexus and when I click the free registration button, I get a message on the next page saying you do not have permission for that, how can I get an account is the site bugged?

Have you contacted Nexus customer support? Not much we can do from here to assist with another site/service.

cant use any of the short cuts, get the same error no matter what I select

Hello, not sure why but I used my phone and was able to get the site to work, now I am able to log in with my computer, down loaded the manager and got a no write error, ran the program as administrator and all is good now, thank you for your help
