Nikkon SLR D3100 or D3200?

I'm looking for either an D3100 or D3200. Can someone recommend me which one is the better camera? Also, is it safe to buy one of these cameras off of Amazon?

HMM Amazon its a crap shoot I tried twice to get a cannon t3 the first was a scam from a seller the second came from Amazon but all I got was an empty box.
