Nikon coolpix S3400 wont charge

Help my Nikon coolpix S3400 won't charge I've tried the previous thread but nothing still as dead as a dodo

Check the charger with a voltmeter.

Try with a different (new) battery - EN-EL19 Rechargeable Li-ion Battery
