Solved! No audio from TV

I have a new Samsung Q6 TV. When I connect a HDMI from the cable box to the Yamaha receiver and then back to the TV
I have sound through the surround sound speakers, but I cannot get sound from the TV speakers. Is there a way to do this as
sometimes I just want to control the TV audio with the samsung remote and the receiver left off?

Audio output is automatically switched to the connected HDMI device. You may have to go into the menu audio settings to enable the internal speakers, as the TV will "remember" the HDMI setting. You may have to do this every time you want to leave the receiver off, with an HDMI device connected.
