No boot device found

hello i just forced my laptop to turn off.Then that problem happened it says that the boot device not found.I searched so many solutions but those are not working.My pre boot system assestment freezes at 2 min.And my f12 function doesnt work i mean nothing happened.My bios options are little different from the videos on youtube.I got so confused please help me.

what model laptop do you have?

You might want to download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB, to use as a boot drive once we work out your bios.

I have windows 7 bootable usb and my dell vostro 3560 is picking setup but not showing hdd as my hdd fell last night but bios is showing fixed hdd as 4073gb

And on boot it shows no boot device found press any key to restart

If hdd fell? its likely you need a new hdd. BIOS may be able to see drive but it might not be actually working now.
